Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed feedback. We appreciate you highlighting programs we have implemented and/or extended globally post merger, it's important for us to provide these opportunities to employees in all our offices. In particular, the recent additions of our Inclusion Committee, extended Wellness, Scholarship and Mentorship programs are providing great opportunities for our employees to enrich their experience. We're also excited about our continued growth, and the market opportunities in front of us and we will not stop improving our systems and processes, to make sure we're keeping up with our employee and customers needs.

You make an important point, the need to share information throughout all levels of the organization, we cannot agree more. We will continue to share important information in our All Staff meetings, in addition to sharing the executive meeting notes with all levels of the organization. The new Q&A open channel has been getting good traction to ask/answer questions and to share information. We are committed to identifying new ways of how our employees want to digest and receive information, inclusive of our social collaboration tools.
