Thank you for the feedback. We are certainly very intentional about our workplace environment and employee benefits, glad to hear your positive feedback on their impact to our employees. As for the MBO Program, we recognize its not flawless, but with the inclusion of mapping to company initiatives, is an important program to enable the collective employee base to drive us forward, outside of our day-to-day responsibilities, to make sure we're ahead of our customers needs.

Pros

I have been fortunate to work for Smarsh Bangalore before and after the merger. Exciting times with a change in culture that is honest and transparent. Leadership truly sticks to their guns when it comes to making sure the core values such as People First, Embrace the Impossible and Inspire Confidence are propelled across the organization. New initiatives and focus on mentorship, diversity & inclusion, wellness, and soft skills training help in creating a good work environment for employees.

Cons

Parking is an issue, but the management is working on fixing this issue. Not so much a con, but like every rapidly growing organization, there are growing pains when it comes to processes.

Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed feedback. We appreciate you highlighting programs we have implemented and/or extended globally post merger, it's important for us to provide these opportunities to employees in all our offices. In particular, the recent additions of our Inclusion Committee, extended Wellness, Scholarship and Mentorship programs are providing great opportunities for our employees to enrich their experience. We're also excited about our continued growth, and the market opportunities in front of us and we will not stop improving our systems and processes, to make sure we're keeping up with our employee and customers needs.

Pros

My favorite part about working for Smarsh is the company culture and the people I work with. We work hard, play hard and support each other in every way that we can.

Cons

My commute is one of the challenges I face here. We have great benefits that pay toward parking/transit, but full coverage would be lovely.

Thank you for the feedback. We're delighted you enjoy our culture and the people you work with, we work hard on maintaining and improving our culture, to create a positive and successful work environment. You make an important point, the need to share information throughout all levels of the organization, we cannot agree more. We will continue to share important information in our All Staff meetings, in addition to sharing the executive meeting notes with all levels of the organization. The new Q&A open channel has been getting good traction to ask/answer questions and to share information. We are committed to identifying new ways of how our employees want to digest and receive information, inclusive of our social collaboration tools.
