It's hard to put a positive spin on my time at Smarsh. The company grew quickly and has been struggling to find opportunities since. Leadership has no idea of the day to day, HR is disconnected and the weekly firings are crushing to culture.

Great working environment. Great people to work with. Even on a bad day, the culture offset whatever may have been going on.

Cons

Upper management lost site of what made the company so important and greed got in the way. Your employees are what drive your business. If they don't figure that out then this company will continue to go downhill. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE and the CEO has lost his way and is only consumed with how many millions he can make.

constant change in management and executives which causes loads of alignment issues. No clear direction from upper management on priorities. lots of ambiguity on the direction of company and goals.
