Pros

Smarsh is a growing company and one of the best parts about working for them is that they give you a lot of opportunity to make a difference and grow within your roll. You feel you can actually make a difference working there.

Cons

Not always transparent with changes and goals until they actually take place.

Pros

Not too much these days. Decent experience you'll get working with Finserv for future opportunities and to put on your resume.

Cons

Management at every level is misaligned, none more glaring than the sales management that is in place these days. The ship was already sinking, with them in place now the ship will find it's place next to the titanic within a year.

Pros

If you're the type that can investigate and find your own solutions while seeking existing knowledge, this is a place you'll thrive. You won't' be babysat, and you'll be rewarded when you can demonstrate a customer-first approach and be proactive in seeking creative solutions to internal and external problems.

Cons

It can be intimidating to approach management with new ideas, that may not work within specific processes, but when presented well, communicated with multiple parties, and with the attitude to do what is right it can be done. Often though the culture can portray you must ask first before doing anything, when in fact it is possible to do both.
