Awesome and very smart people to work with. Really great leadership team that is approachable and available to all levels of employees. Opportunity to grow in your career if you work hard and are open to wearing a lot of hats at times. I loved working at Smarsh!

Cons

Resources can be slim so sometimes it is a challenge to accomplish goals and get to all of the things you want to get done. Lots of manual processes but moving in the right direction.

Keg? Jeans? They try to keep up with the "cool" tech vibe but I honestly can't think of too many upsides to this company.

Cons

"Here today, gone tomorrow," should be the Smarsh company motto. I worked there for about 9 months (left of my own accord) and watched upper management be wiped clean twice. Unless you were dating one of the Marsh family members or were an old college buddy, you weren't safe. I saw people be fired for asking for a well deserved raise because it "raised scrutiny." I saw tenured employees who were performing be fired overnight for no good reason. Don't believe any of the good reviews on here, as we were pushed to contribute to balance out the negative reviews. If you have any other employment options on the table, take them. This company is absolutely horrible.
