      Pros

      The people are amazing to work with and have a vast knowledge base that is always available to pick brains at. the people are also very forthcoming on helping each other and supporting each other.

      Cons

      Additional responsibilities is a must to take up as the company has become very lean the last 2 years. If you stick with what you are hired to do there is little chance for advancement.
