      All companies make mistakes as they grow, but if they stay true to their people and culture, they can weather any storm and come out stronger. Smarsh does this.

      Cons

      Too much going on, need to remain focused. Not all opportunities are worth pursuing.

Our door is always open if you would like to chat. The targeted feedback on building internal systems is great and aligns with Smarsh’s goals. As we have grown organically and through M&A activity at times our growth outpaces our internal systems scaling efforts.
