The team members at Smarsh are the best part. Everyone has such deep expertise in their respective area and a variety of experiences. Everyone is passionate about their work and eager to help and collaborate.

Cons

Finding adequate time for technical product enablement and training can be difficult as resources are spread thin and highly distributed. Getting necessary technical understanding and collateral is individual effort.
