Pros

Unlimited vacation time (don't use too much of it) Reimbursement for gym or massage $75 monthly Many coworkers are nice to work with.

Cons

Micromanagement is out of control. There are random goals that appear quarter after quarter to appease new leadership. Their goal is to make it look like a proper company like Oracle, Apple etc. Behind the scenes it is anything but cohesive. Everything is Band-Aided together as the CSM's try to give a seamless appearance to the clients. There is only so much that you we can do when other teams are short staffed, and priorities keep changing.

Thank you for sharing your input. We understand that you've experienced challenges, particularly around management practices and shifting priorities. At the beginning of each year, our leadership team sets core objectives that will help us meet our goals – these do not change throughout the year. Team and individual annual goals should all be directly connected to those core company goals. We encourage you to work closely with your manager if you feel your daily activities and priorities are not aligned with the goals of the organization. We are disheartened to hear your comments about the annual review and exit interview processes. Smarsh is committed to creating a pay for performance culture focused on rewarding achievement of company business objectives and individual performance. We also aim to gather feedback on a regular basis from both current and exiting employees in an effort to enhance our culture. We value your feedback, and you have any further thoughts or would like to discuss your concerns in more detail, we encourage you to reach out to your manager or HR Business Partner.

Pros

All employees get stock options Some of the folks who have been around a while are great to work with

Cons

Executive management is a disaster, the new CEO in particular is clueless No work-life balance No positions are ever back-filled, teams just get smaller and smaller while the work loadincreases every day.

Pros

They have good pay and they are okay with WFH. The executives who want you to be at work at 8 AM and expect you to work till 8 PM are gone. But still, there are some micromanagers who want you to be on Teams Video call for all 8 hours.

Cons

If you are paid at the market rate, expect to be laid off anytime. Don't expect work-life balance. Minimum 10 hours of work expected. Weekends are not included. Don't expect any promotion for the quality of work. You need to know the management to get promoted. The product is crapy and has lots of patchworks. Very surprised to see that the customers are put up with constantly broken products.
