We're delighted you enjoy our culture and the people you work with, we work hard on maintaining and improving our culture, to create a positive and successful work environment. You make an important point, the need to share information throughout all levels of the organization, we cannot agree more. We will continue to share important information in our All Staff meetings, in addition to sharing the executive meeting notes with all levels of the organization. The new Q&A open channel has been getting good traction to ask/answer questions and to share information. We are committed to identifying new ways of how our employees want to digest and receive information, inclusive of our social collaboration tools.

Thanks for the feedback. We appreciate many aspects of our organization and culture are a major aspect of attracting top talent, but we also recognize there are areas of improvement, and we're committed to improving our products and culture. The periodic employee workplace surveys are intended to create a platform where we listen to our employees, and can create programs to improve our organization, as an example of our commitment.
