      Pros

      Awesome and very smart people to work with. Really great leadership team that is approachable and available to all levels of employees. Opportunity to grow in your career if you work hard and are open to wearing a lot of hats at times. I loved working at Smarsh!

      Cons

      Resources can be slim so sometimes it is a challenge to accomplish goals and get to all of the things you want to get done. Lots of manual processes but moving in the right direction.

      Inspiring CEO, fun office culture, good product.

      Cons

      Constantly changing sales leadership and strategies. Hard to keep momentum in pipeline. Also, you'll often find yourself being a guinea pig for new verticals which often don't work out.
