They hired some very good people. Unfortunately, they all came on board because they were lied to by management. And this is a "PRO" comment.
Cons
You will have the accounts to generate revenue if you get a Strategy Team position. If you take a Corporate position, you basically sit back and take small orders all day. If you have an Enterprise position, you have all the accounts that do not even wish to speak with Smarsh and beat your head against the wall incessantly. The technology is not sound - that will come out in the wash over the next couple of years. Oh, and it is run by people who do not want to understand the problems but rather buffer themselves as long as possible until they are shown the door. For the love of God, do not accept an offer to go there.
