      Pros

      Salary was good, bonus structure was fair to all. The teams and employees are a definite plus

      Cons

      High stress work environment, high turnover due to lack of direction and now layoffs. The ee to supervisor ratio is high. New CEO came in to just make cuts to the budget to get Smarsh ready for sale. Morale was at an all time low with people waiting to see if they are next

      Pros

      Growing organization until it wasn’t…Industry leader in Fintech space. Great leader for my team, he kept us well informed and was amazing with the newer reps for learning the organization/process/products and services. That was until he was abruptly was laid off

      Cons

      Two rounds of layoffs in 6 months for a company that was growing does not make for good employee moral for those left. The layoffs and positions changes didn’t appear to thought out, but more on a popularity bases. The new lean approach can hurt the clients
