Company culture - Smarsh provides an inclusive and collaborative work environment and hires fantastic, forward thinking people. Benefits - solid 401K match that is immediately vested, generous stock option grants, and take what you need PTO were my favorite highlights of the strong benefits package.

Cons

Like all companies headed to exit, Smarsh is managing closely to budget. With hiring priorities shifting, this led to my unexpected and disappointing exit. I will say that my severance was decent and included job search support.
