      -An "established startup" feel. I am blessed to work with people on a mission to become a billion dollar company. -Hugely customer centric. -Compensation and benefits are more than generous. -I cannot imagine working anywhere else.

      Ruth is the best manager and deserves a pay raise

      My experience as an SDR at Smarsh was great. My manager, Ruth, was a great manager and I think her ability to lead the team was 90% of why my time there was great. My co-workers were all very nice as well.

      Cons

      An SDR role is generally a crushing role. They did their best to make it less terrible but it's kind of unavoidable.
