Pros

Good compansation apart from this nothing is good here, don't join this company to ruin your life.

Cons

Don't hire just to fire, don't play with employees, they have familes to look after. If you join here don't know when your role become redundant to them and they simply eliminate your role. Before joining this company think of your family which you need to take care, they simply fire you.

Pros

Unlimited PTO (if you are eligible for it) and the "famed" Sabbatical are pretty nice, if you are willing to commit to 4 years. Also there are some genuinely good people who are working here, with the intention of working hard and making things better.

Cons

This is a company that requires you to learn a lot about its very nuanced, very intricate and problematic history, very quickly. They don't take time to fix issues and instead let them stew until they absolutely have to fix them at the last minute. Smarsh also has a deadly micromanagement problem. There are a lot of folks at the top and at the mid tier who contradict work and communicate really poorly, leading to more time making up for mistakes than actually executing. It's exhausting to feel like you can't be trusted to take care of issues on your own and are never given the space to do so. Culturally, Smarsh has moved away from a conscientious, people first focused organization and has stripped down to a lean machine, that pushes people to the brink. It's sad to see.

Pros

Cons

New ceo lay off people every quarter to show profit increase. Buy company and later cry no money, fire people is constant happening things. Every week 1 or 2 heads leaving. No back fill.
