Various Products and Systems to work with and integrate.

Cons

Management of Company with both customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Even before SMARSH bought the Digital Safe management was not concerned with customer or employee satisfaction. When you thought it could not get any worse. In comes SMARSH. Stay away if you are in California, they do not like California nor it's labor laws.

one side they acquire a company, other side they layoff employees. they want the employee to work day night, otherwise they will layoff them. worst work life balance.
