Pros

Very nice company with a good salary and decent benefits. I have joined Smart Deck Solutions in 2017 as a Software Test Engineer and I enjoyed working with them. The most fascinating aspect about this company is they take care of their employees. Quarterly employee evaluations and monthly status updates are very helpful to improve productivity and technical skills.

Cons

The salary is on a monthly basis.

Good consultant company for contractors. Very simple onboarding. Good salary and perks. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Nothing as such, but it would like to see smartdesk grow it's market and become of the best.
