Pros
Very nice company with a good salary and decent benefits. I have joined Smart Deck Solutions in 2017 as a Software Test Engineer and I enjoyed working with them. The most fascinating aspect about this company is they take care of their employees. Quarterly employee evaluations and monthly status updates are very helpful to improve productivity and technical skills.
Cons
The salary is on a monthly basis.

Management works with you closely. I have been working here for 4 months now and have seen great dedication towards employee. I believe they will have more success in years to come.The best thing about the organization they hear you. They try to fullest to hear your concerns and address them timely.
Cons
No organization is 100% with pros. There are few cons always when it is a new company. But they will overcome them soon.
