Pros

You are the owner of the company. If you want to try anything new, you can no one is there to review.

Cons

Management don't care about the employee. CEO has egoistic attitude. You have to Yes for everything even for unrealistic deadlines. You have to sweat on it and not a single appreciation to the team for working hard. Employees literally work in fear for their jobs. Hire and fire company. Base product is not at all stable. Copies the concepts from the competitors.

Pros

There are very nice coworkers, great salary, and they do offer some on-the-job training. You will definitely learn a lot by working here. The Irvine location is in a great central location. Smart Utility Systems is a very forward thinking company that does a lot to keep their employees.

Cons

Lots of smart people around so you really have to prove yourself to earn your place.
