Pros

Working for Smart Utility Systems has been both exciting and developmental for my areas of focus. The fast-paced environment allows for employees to interact with different departments in order to achieve maximum personal growth within the business. It is a rarity to have absolute confidence in the belief that your senior-level management not only cares for you as an employee but also possesses the necessary abilities to catapult the business into the stratosphere.

Cons

The only con is that I did not start working here sooner.

Pros

Everyone in the company is very willing to answer questions and help out new employees while learning. The office culture is laid-back and you're able to submit your own hours without having to check in and out. Since the company is growing so quickly, I'm able to work on a variety of tasks, so the day is never monotonous.

Cons

None that I could see.
