Pros

Culture is very relaxed, although the CEO might scare you. The company itself is very interesting. Something that you would have to experience for yourself to understand what I mean. Company pays for your parking and hours are based on an honor system.

Cons

There's not much learning here. When they hire you they expect you to hit the ground running, if you're looking to learn a lot then I would not suggest going here. However if you're just looking for a relax job this is the place to be.
