Pros

Working here is the most wonderful experience as we get to learn a lot more and develop our skills. Every employee gets an opportunity to explore the innovation and provide valuable inputs. Its a growing company and good place to work. As a product based company, Smart Utility Systems has great products, which are based on the future technology and environment needs. It provided me the opportunity think and develop out of the box. Work culture is really good and employee friendly. People from the management are supportive. Here, Senior and co-workers are very friendly.

Cons

Not much to say about the cons, I am Really enjoying working here.

Its a growing company and good place to work. As a product based company, Smart Utility Systems has great products, which are based on the future technology and environment needs. It provided me the opportunity think and develop out of the box. Work culture is really good and employee friendly. People from the management are supportive.

Cons

As an growing company, Smart Utility Systems also has some cons. But the best part is management is working hard towards improving these lacking areas.

Pros

Healthy working environment. Good and co-operative managers Good balance of work and life Important thing is company is like a family forward me working here from last 2 years has given me huge growth in terms of learning and as a person.

Cons

Every coin has two faces. Its up to you where your focus is?? For me, i have seen this company from initial days when we are just 10. Now we are 100+ so obviously we are growing and we are making our company good place to work. Very soon you will see this company in the list of 500 best place to work. So keep ur spirit high and positive
