The work atmosphere is fast paced but exciting. The senior management team really values their employees input and asks for it on a daily basis making their employees feel valuable to the company.

Cons

Sometimes there are not always basic processes in place since it is a newer and growing company.

Great work environment. All the employees are friendly and everyone works hard together. Overall I believe the company is on track to having a successful future!

At the moment I don't have any cons. I just want the company to grow at the quickest pace possible. It has so much potential.
