Cons
By far the most dishonest and toxic environment I've ever been exposed to. Starting from the false promises made during the interview process, to how projects are sold and delivered, even to how clients are communicated with. Leadership expectations placed on employees are unclear at best and completely ludicrous at worst. Employees regularly complain about being overworked, under appreciated, and verbally crushed by leadership. The US employees are also expected to work both US and India hours (e.g. after each 10-12 hour work day, US employees are expected to participate in late night calls with India every night until 1-2am). No matter how desperate you are to find a job, do not accept a role at SEW.
