BEWARE of the good reviews...they're FAKE and MANIPULATED!

There is not a single good reason to work for SUS! Do not be enticed by the positive reviews. Internal staff from the marketing department posts great comments about the company to counter all the true negative feedabck left by honest employees.
Cons
This company is rock bottom on the list of all the unethical activity I have ever witnessed in all my jobs combined! - CEO is egotistical, unethical, and calls employees "dumb" or "unintelligent" multiple times during meetings. - Everyone works like a dog. You will forget you have a family or a life when you work here. I have had weeks where I have clocked in 98 hours, with zero recognition or overtime pay. - The CEO always proclaims that there are 30-35 new projects in the pipeline, of which I didn't witness even 5 coming to fruition after a whole year. - They hide information from clients, and are absolutely dishonest about their operations. They very rarely fulfill promises on time, but will usually cover up to make the client think they have what they paid for. - There are no team building or employee appreciation activities what-so-ever. No holiday parties, staff events, birthday celebrations, or even a simple pat on the back. You're lucky to get coffee. Bottom Line: If you work here... it will haunt you for the rest of your living days!
