      Nice and friendly environment. Excellent people to work with.

      Cons

      Compensation is well BELOW national standards. No raises or promotions as company promised from day one.

      Thank You for the positive Feedback. We made it better! Compensation process goes through a proper market benchmarking exercise, and a scientific approach is taken with minimal scope for bias. In fact, one of the most stable compensation increases have been given during last few years, and employees are happy too (yes, this is one subject where 100% happiness can not be expected) We believe any commitment in writing is 100% kept up, and our processes are streamlined to the best possible extent today. Regret inconvenience.

      Pros

      You get what you put in. If you want a good work life balance you can do that and be successful or if you want to put in a lot of extra hours you'll be recognized. Great pay and benefits. Inclusive culture. Easy to move around to other teams if you want to. Overall its a great company to work and Management is also great.

      Cons

      Health insurance is pretty expensive.
