As an Associate Test Engineer, I received good support from my team and seniors, which helped me understand testing concepts better. The company encourages learning through internal training sessions, and the work culture is friendly and collaborative. Managers are approachable, and the projects provide good hands-on experience. Work-life balance is also well maintained.

Pros

I've had an excellent experience with this company from start. The team is professional, responsive and genuinely cares about delivering quality service. Communication was clear throughout and any questions I had were answered promptly. It's rare to find a company that combines expertise with such a high level of customer care. I also appreciate how they support sports activities which shows they care about a healthy and active lifestyle. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend them!
