Started as a consultant and became a full time employee in Hyderabad office. On a project moved to NJ office and worked for several years. Have seen a good progress in company. Everyone helped me with move and new project. Learned a lot of new technologies and grew in my career. Worked for more than 7 years. Saw them growing from small office to current stage.

Understood the value even more after leaving the project

Several talented technology professionals. Almost all of the employees are hardworking team players

Cons

Employees aren't treated well or appreciated. Poor benefits. Pay below industry norms. Management treats staff poorly and is often very unprofessional.
