Who are good at knowledge and skills I recommend to not enter into this company. Because SmartIMS CEO will be not in touch with employees and he doesn't even know what problems are facing by Employees because the manager will swallow all the things including money. Worst Manager.....in industry

Cons

Untalented people can visit this company for timepass and be making fun whole the day.....All the best Managers for your defeat ASAP

Timings are flexible and friendly team environment.

Cons

worst company, don't have any career growth, Specifically BD Team. Don't have basic knowledge about how to treat an employee. If any one wants career growth don't prefer this.
