      Pros

      Its a laid back organization. You are hired for you talent but later either follow the laid back ideology of the organization or give up.

      Cons

      - Worst Salary - No training program for employees - HR and Offshore management team sucks - Managers wont help you when you need more information for your customers - Top of all Managers are rude so as Top management

      Pros

      I am working since four years in Infrastructure Administration Department. I like this company for multiple reasons and will continue to work with them. They work with new technologies in infrastructure and I got good scope for learning . Management team is very cooperative and friendly. I always recommend my friends to join this company and few of them already working with them.

      Cons

      Some time work load is little bit high.

      Pros

      All this is for Night shift team Placements will be done by Someone but it will be said that the placement has been done by someother. Coming to incentives every types their own KMS and will calcualte accordingly.

      Cons

      U will never Appreciated if your are not beloved to your indian team leading manager
