      Pros

      The most enjoyable part of the job is working with people who are friendly and interested in learning. Good place to start your career. Company hires lot of interns who are eventually made full time perm employees. Young and energetic team all over the floor. The executive team is friendly and is readily available for any concerns. Management is doing a fine job of keeping a company both focused and flexible.

      Cons

      Nothing in particular. Not much of work from home option

      Pros

      Abundant career growth opportunities as most of the teams are young and very communicative. The management is very caring and CEO speaks to employees on rotational basis every week. Seamless structure where any employee.

      Cons

      Nothing much but any programs to do technology certifications on behalf of company would be great

      A good Technology Company to work with

      Pros

      I joined this company as a Junior Developer. But the experience I gained within 3 years in Smart IMS was on par with the expertise of any Technical Architect or a Team Lead in the industry. You will get assigned on different projects exposing you to a wide range of technologies.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the work comes to you with a heavy load. But you will easily be able to manage your load as your tasks and management are quiet cooperative.
