      Pros

      I joined this company as a Junior Developer. But the experience I gained within 3 years in Smart IMS was on par with the expertise of any Technical Architect or a Team Lead in the industry. You will get assigned on different projects exposing you to a wide range of technologies.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the work comes to you with a heavy load. But you will easily be able to manage your load as your tasks and management are quiet cooperative.
