      Great progress. Very good company and people

      Pros

      Started as a consultant and became a full time employee in Hyderabad office. On a project moved to NJ office and worked for several years. Have seen a good progress in company. Everyone helped me with move and new project. Learned a lot of new technologies and grew in my career. Worked for more than 7 years. Saw them growing from small office to current stage.

      Cons

      Understood the value even more after leaving the project

      Pros

      1) Salaries are on time. 2) Flexible time (on conditions)

      Cons

      1) Appraisals take 6 months time to effect your package. Above that actually no process for it. 2) HR and Offshore team sucks and dont have powers to do anything. 3) Managers wont help you when its needed. They dont know how to talk to clients and employees. 4) No projects. It is NOT A DEVELOPMENT company. It is more on us recruitment. 5) No Appreciation or recognition on your performance. 6) Company is one man army. And that one man does not have any technical knowledge.
