Possibly the worst IT company

No pros. This is not an IT company.

Cons

Internal IT team managers are the worst. Report card treatment. Will never encourage you for anything but will expect 100% results. Full of politics. Managers are very intelligent and tactical in diverting the topic if you confront them. Managers looking for Vengeance. This review is only for the internal IT team managers and not about everyone in the company. If you're going to join the internal IT team, do not join our you'll regret. All the good reviews are either fake or by the members from another team which is less miserable than internal IT team.

Difficult but Rewarding

Pros

I have been working here since last summer and as of now, I see little reason to leave. The team welcomed me with open arms and transitioning into the company felt seamless, especially for one of my first jobs. The management is ambitious and communicates well. I definitely recommend applying here if this is your field and you're willing to work a bit.

Cons

Although compensation is fair, it is sometimes hard to meet performance incentive. You are required to be proactive constantly which can be a bit tiring/stressful.
