Recruiter was nice and professional making sure to follow up.

Cons

Lack of clarity; no solid answers when asked on employee tenure/advancement/etc. About “company culture” Turned down this place for another opportunity and communicated to them. I’m then told that I ghosted them and I’m not serious about the work opportunity. Felt a bit condescending and odd seeing management be hung up on things they did not even confirm is a big red flag. First time I ever had management/hiring accuse and blame me of things I did not do. Does not seem to be work life balance; out even on weekends 6-7 days they have vehicles out.

Has a very supportive staff that will make sure you are on the right path to success. Hybrid work hours.

Cons

There is a draw against your commission if your'e not consistently selling. 6-7 days a week of working if you have appointments.
