Pros

Opportunities for advancement if you work hard. Pay can be good if you stick with it for years. Depending on your manager you can have the experience of working in different areas of the store which is really good for your work experience.

Cons

Never enough labor (hours assigned to departments). You can run yourself down and never get extra help or even a "good job". I considered giving it a 4 but I'm physically and emotionally tired.
