      Pros

      Customers, customers, customers. Although why they come back to some stores in spite of the lack of service is anyones guess.

      Cons

      Management doesn't really believe in customer service. First thing to be cut when budget is tight are cashiers. A well stocked clean store is for nothing if your customers have to wait in long lines and don't come back. If you speak your mind your manager has the power to cut your hours to nearly nothing. Corporate does not care. I understand 'bottom line' but I don't understand how they miss the concept of 'happy employees are productive employees'.
