Too many to list, but personal observances are:
the company cares for corporate employees too much and not enough for retail employees that are doing the hard labor. The company should eliminate the few corporate vice presidents (which seems to have exploded in the last couple of months) and use that money for proper staffed stores.
The people are underpaid for the mount of labor that they are required to perform and the standards that they expect you to obtain are simply, just not reasonable. Depending on the store some receive more labor time than others, some receive as little as 4% of sales to which not very much and leads to the stores always being understaffed and overspent. Little reward for hard work, not appreciated despite meeting goals and breaking previous store records. A simple good job is hard to come by even if you are performing the job duties of 2-3 people. You are burdened with so many things to do at once and you are not allowed to take a break until things look satisfactory. This is a problem as the stores are always understaffed, constantly trying to catch up you do not end up receiving a break until the 6hour mark and by then it is your lunch break. It is some bad that sometimes you are not allowed to go on break til an hour before you are off.The reason for this is because labor laws are not always enforced by human resources, some managers are friends with employees that are in charge of human resources department, which they leak information about what was said and is covered up without anything being resolved and the people who reported anything to human resources end up being punished.
Favoritism is a big thing in this company, if you are not liked, most likely you will be fired unless you are really needed by the manager. Once you are used, you will then be working a hostile work environment and have your hours cut into really horrible schedule to make you quit.
