      Great pay once you get past the hourly level Lots of growth opportunity Great CEO Lots of long tenure, great people overall Effort being put into make this a better place to work

      Cons

      need to be good at your job. a lot of lazy people complaining about lack of hours. need to be an asset to your store, broaden your knowledge. start with a willingness to work since day one.

      They will work with your schedule. Training is in depth. Information communicated clearly from corporate. Steady pay raises. Great work environment.

      Cons

      Difficult to promote. Pay raises are small. Raises are not guaranteed with promotions. Hours are unsteady for part time. Difficult to get full time.
