Pros

Has a fast pace and high intensity work environment. Everyday brings with it its own challenges. The stability and benefits they offer. After years of hard work you have the ability to earn a good living. Company growth.

Cons

The inconsistent work schedule from week to week. The late hours you may have to work. They are open everyday of the year except for Christmas. Very inconsistent the way one store runs compared to another. You would think that a company this size would have one singular voice when it comes to what is expected from store operations. Can be a very hostile work environment.
