      * Autonomy to validate new ideas and make a big impact * Top-notch Data Science team that acts as fuel for key growth initiatives * Proven business model with tremendous TAM potential * AI-first company focused on bringing the next generation of tools to financial advisors and consumers * A smart CEO who understands how to maximize value creation * No politics - good ideas and execution win * SA is a leader in the financial advisor marketing space and well positioned for future success

      Cons

      * We move fast and iterate quickly, which some people may find challenging * A great place if you're curious and like to solve new problems. If you simply want to punch in/punch out and do what you're told, you probably won't enjoy it * Remote work can bring coordination challenges across teams but has definitely been an overall plus

      Pros

      Trust and transparency is evident across the company; challenging and interesting work available for those seeking it; management has great focus, direction, and is very engaged. There is a constant strive for improvement across the organization which leads to meaningful work.

      Cons

      Truly remote work, there are few opportunities to meet in person which means individuals need to be self-motivated and teams need to be cohesive and practice great communication in order to succeed.

      You get out what you put in!

      Pros

      - Good money to be made if you are ready to put in the work to get there - Good culture and good leadership that care about you as a person - Benefits are solid, Good health care, parental leave, PTO/Sick time - Sales team does a good job recognizing people and tries to keep it fun with games and competitions each month - Stable & solid company. Not likely to have major lay offs or go under like a lot of other tech companies out there

      Cons

      - Role is not for the lazy, you get out what you put in. Those that aren't scared to put in high activity and think strategically make good money here, but a lot of sales reps now want to be lazy and then blame others when they aren't hitting numbers - Sometimes you can feel isolated being in a fully remote role like this, Again you get out what you put in, managers and your peers try to keep it fun, but you need to make an effort to socialize and lean on your teammates when you need the support.
