Pros

Great product that helps the user understand their financial health, surrounded by expert content. I enjoy coming to work everyday as I feel that I truly contribute the success of the company. As a startup we are constantly learning and pivoting which makes SmartAsset a fun and fast paced environment. Like most companies, the employees play a huge role in success as well as the culture...and we've got a great group of smart, enthusiastic folks. We're in a hyper growth phase which is exciting to be a part of this company as the sky is the limit.

Cons

As a startup we have experienced some growing pains. We tend to move very quickly, more than any other company that I've ever worked for in the digital space.

The people are the only good thing about this company.

Cons

Top Reps who get endless inbound leads are also trying to take the outbound opportunities you find, making it even harder to see success. Sales cycle is 6-12 months for an average of $2k deal size. Odds of success are extremely low- Almost every rep here has been extremely successful in prior roles but more than 75% of the reps hit less than 50% of their quota on average.
