Pros

- Salary and commission with plenty of boosters and incentives + stock options - Direct management is in tune with everything every AE is doing in the business - Upper management knows exactly where they are bringing the overall company - (Good be considered pro or con) but fully flexible work environment with some WeWork spaces opening up in the city for employees to go to

Cons

- Upper management setting unrealistic expectation for mid-level and low level management - They have incredible technology but haven't been able to figure out how to properly use it all yet with a database full of bad contacts - felt like most of the day was working off the system or when pushed to work off the system was having to research information to get good info - Not much training anymore outside of the 1st week your in the position - AE's battling it out to take ownership of contacts with so many rules of engagement that have so many loopholes

Cons

Very little support. Bad sales training and the sales department is a revolving door. Expect to become a senior member of the sales team within a couple months.

Lack of structure, but is a startup going through typical growing pains and is working to improve them
