-SmartAsset is great because it has a very collaborative environment where you get exposure working closely with senior level executives. I am constantly being able to listen in on meetings and strategize with C level executives. -A great group of intelligent, hard working, and motivating individuals that believe in the mission of the company -You are able to make a real impact at an exciting & growing organization

Casual dress code, Passionate colleagues, Intelligent colleagues (many who went to top colleges and have worked at impressive companies, Collaborative environment, Ability to work on projects outside of my realm of every day work, an awesome team!

Cons

We are quickly outgrowing our office, as well as any growing pains you'd expect at a start up. (we are making plans to move to a bigger office soon)

I truly enjoyed working at SmartAsset and thought the culture was uplifting, innovative, refreshing, and supportive. We really operated as a team and benefited immensely from the start up culture, working closely with one another. Some specific perks were happy hours, catered lunches, and organizing group events to attend as a company. The employees at SmartAsset are highly intelligent, highly experienced individuals who are committed to creating a positive and productive environment.

Cons

When I was working there, there were fewer employees then there are today, and occasionally certain individuals were wearing too many hats and certain responsibilities were delegated incorrectly.
