      - Good office location - Easy products to sell - Nice coworkers - Help people with personal finance

      Cons

      - No transparency - Under-qualified management - Terrible infrastructure: company has little idea what it is doing in terms of operations - No room for advancement and self growth: This is not a company you go to further your career

      Lack of Perks, Non-Competitive Salary, and unresponsive HR

      Pros

      - The perks they offer in the form of educational reimbursement and medical/401k are decent but for the most part industry standard. - Flexible work environment.

      Cons

      - Promotions and compensation bonuses are incredibly rare with many celebratory meetings but no actual promotions to show employee appreciation that matters. - Despite being 100% WFH for over a year, SA has been slow to adapt in-person activities to a WFH environment where other companies have refined the way they transition in-person events to a virtual landscape. - Retention is incredibly poor, especially on the tech side where there is already a shortage of hands. - HR struggles with organization and fail to coordinate events in a timely manner.

I hope that overall you have had a positive experience in building your technical career here.       Subpar working environment

      Pros

      - Junior employees are cool - Office location

      Cons

      - Few benefits (i.e. lunch 3x a week), which are slowly being removed as we hire more people - Low pay - Doesn't feel like a startup. I've worked at a few startups and this one feels like a shop of employees being asked to grind out for nothing in return - Upper management is mostly filled with smart people who are not great managers
