Pros

- Super exciting time to be part of SmartAsset - the company has more than doubled in size over the last year. - People are very smart and driven. - Great company mission to help people with personal finance. - Good work/life balance for most people.

Cons

- A 120+ person company is different than a 50 person company. There needs to be a lot more structure (but isn't always there yet). - Would be great to have more perks like 401k matching. - Office space is feeling strain of more employees, about time to move offices. - Could use more/healthier snacks.

Pros

Best part of the company is the people. Hyper-intelligent and very friendly team. Fast paced environment focused on results.

Cons

Growth has been fun to see but is happening so quickly that it has been difficult to maintain the culture. Not a good fit for people that think a start up is about playing table tennis.
