5yAs a Company, we are proud of the fact that in 2020 when many other companies were experiencing pay and benefit reductions and layoffs, SmartAsset was able to continue to offer our employees generous benefits contributions without passing the increase in cost to our employees, 401(k) match, annual raises, employee promotions and did not reduce pay or lay off any employees in 2020. Employee development is very important to us and we have rolled out career development plans for many of our teams already, with the remainder to be rolled out in early 2021.
