Pros

Smart values and humble/ caring culture, strong focus on increasing diversity, business opportunity ramp ahead, product market fit - addresses customers needs through diversified product set, work/life balance. Battle tested and stronger out of the pandemic.

Cons

More opportunities than cons. Urgent can take precedent over the important, filling key roles takes time, relatively meetings heavy though necessary to maintain collaboration with virtual/ distributed workforce, limited consumer brand exposure, needed investments to shore up the consumer experience.

Very little support. Bad sales training and the sales department is a revolving door. Expect to become a senior member of the sales team within a couple months.
