      -SmartAsset is great because it has a very collaborative environment where you get exposure working closely with senior level executives. I am constantly being able to listen in on meetings and strategize with C level executives. -A great group of intelligent, hard working, and motivating individuals that believe in the mission of the company -You are able to make a real impact at an exciting & growing organization

      Pros

      Great opportunity to work with smart, driven coworkers who are collaborative and fun. The Company is always striving to improve how we do things whether it pertains to our clients or employees. We have rolled out many cultural initiatives in the last 6 months that I really enjoyed being a part of (community service, mentoring program for HS students, regular sports activities and more employee recognition). Really excited that we now have a 401(k) match that is fully vested!

      Cons

      This isn't really a con, but more an opportunity/ area of development: the Company has almost doubled in size since I have joined. Keep working on developing infrastructure/processes to keep pace with growth.

      Cons

      There is 0 structure. 0 management. No one knows what they are doing and they lie. They rather hire someone who doesn’t know and is cheap then quality. Michael, the CEO, cannot be trusted.
