Pros

The company is always working to improve and do better by their employees and customers. Location is great. Due to the size of the company, you are a person and not a number. Plenty of advancement opportunities for people with the right attitude.

Cons

At an odd point with being too small for some things and too big for others, there are some growing pains but overall worthwhile.
